Business Development Executive

Basic + Commission basis (Can be upto RM13,000)
To take charge of the sales and marketing activities for assigned products.
To understand competitors, analyze, and pitch for sales.
Report to upper management on a weekly basis.
To develop and manage new and existing customers to meet individual sales quota.
To strategize, propose and negotiate business proposition with prospects and business partners.
To develop and manage relationship with customers and business partner.
To prepare quotation, proposal, tender submission, tele-sales and presentation for prospects and customers.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Administration / Computer Science / Marketing / IT or related disciplines from a reputable institution.
Good command of English, Chinese & Bahasa Melayu. Ability to speak other languages will be added as an advantage.
Has knowledge in IT System Integration: E-Commerce platforms, Web design, Cloud Integration, DMS, Mobile App development, and Cloud application.
A team player, highly motivated and actively committed with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to negotiate with the principal, vendor and customer to make the deal realistic and achieve goal while maximize client satisfaction level and company profitability.
Having own transportation is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years’ sales experience, preferable with IT product knowledge or IT educational background.
Conduct research and deconstruct our users’ digital interactions and habits.
Come up with UI and UX strategies based on our target goals.
Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups using design and prototyping tools: e.g., Sketch and InVision.
Understand the limitations of our tech stack and business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary.
Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessor tools.
Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices.
Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using Sketch, InVision, Axure, etc.
A history of deconstructing user behavior to create an improved experience for users, showcased in the form of blog posts, articles, screencasts, etc.
Proficiency using Git version control.
Proficiency using the command line.
