About the role
As one of our Senior Product Managers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of a number of apps in our portfolio.
This role will operate in all areas of the product development lifecycle. This includes research (into the product, problem space, competitors, and customer), defining solutions, helping to drive technical implementations, and analysing the success (or failure) of solutions implemented.
Initially, the role will focus primarily on the delivery of a short-term roadmap, mandated by pre-existing functional requirements. However, it is expected that this role will quickly expand into re-evaluating and setting the vision for a number of apps in this portfolio.

Frontend Engineer

About the role

You will play a key role within the ARIA team to help us to evolve the frontend and add functionality in the ARIA products.

Some of the things you’ll do:

  • Implementing new UI components across multiple products
  • Writing unit and browser tests to verify your code correctness and ensure products quality
  • Improving code quality by refactoring existing code and usage of latest libraries and patterns
  • Working with UI/UX team on future improvements to ARIA products administration UI
  • Reviewing code written by other team members

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Significant front-end experience using JavaScript
  • React & Redux
  • Experience with unit and integration testing
  • Working on a large shared code base
  • Good knowledge of build tools and CI tooling specific to web development
  • Experience of working in agile development methodology (e.g. Scrum or Kanban)

UX Designer

Brief Description

We are looking for someone who is an expert in UX design, to join our growing team. You will be a natural at understanding human-computer interaction design (HCID), and in coming up with elegant solutions to improve our applications.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and deconstruct our users’ digital interactions and habits.
  • Come up with UI and UX strategies based on our target goals.
  • Familiar with Lean UX and other design methodologies.
  • Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups using design and prototyping tools: e.g., Sketch, Figma and InVision.

You will utilize market research and consumer behavior data to turn into creative go to market strategies translating technical capabilities into consumable customer benefits. You will gain in-depth knowledge of the industry, our customer base, the market and then turn that knowledge into creative GTM, growth, lead generation and retention marketing strategies.
This role involve mapping the entire customer journey, driving the collateral and marketing requirements for one of the most exciting apps and translating technical capabilities into consumable customer benefits.

Some of the things you’ll do

  • Translating ARIA’s branding and marketing strategy for products and services into a detailed plan of action to achieve objectives.
  • Seeks consumer insights and information internally and externally to assess market dynamics that inform strategies to grow the product/service/business.
  • Evaluates internal capabilities to identify interrelationships and synergies among departments to improve delivery of marketing activities.
  • Manages processes to prepare for periodic business performance reviews.
  • Directs agency partners as required to ensure effective and efficient translation of marketing strategies into activation plans.
  • Executes marketing plans to deliver against product/service/brand objectives.

About the role
The role of Content Marketing Manager will focus on producing strategic and high profile product content for ARIA products. The position will be developing organically ranking content on behalf of product marketing stakeholders alongside managing various content projects.
The Content Marketing Manager will be involved in every aspect of content production from keyword and topic research, to editing to uploading content to the CMS.
This role sits in the New Ecosystems marketing team, supporting the overall goals to grow our footprint in the Slack and Trello ecosystems; through app downloads, lead nurture, digital engagement, and market acquisition

What you’ll be doing

Content Creation

  • Work with various stakeholders to design and develop fresh and engaging content in an array of formats to promote our products’ values and activities
  • Manage end-to-end content campaigns which includes: Planning, writing, editing, producing, promoting and reporting on content campaigns across various mediums
  • Conduct deep keyword research using online tools to increase our visibility on Google whilst continuously monitoring and improving rankings.

Editorial Support

  • Edit and optimise content from team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and search visibility.
  • Being a brand and tone of voice advocate through our published content
  • Identify ways to repurpose and maximise the value from existing content

Content Production and Support

  • Support the team in other channels that require content when needed, such as social media, emails and video scripting.
  • Actively support and provide insight into the marketing team monthly reporting; latest content trends, updating the team on results, making recommendations and helping them to implement the changes
  • Upload content to the website via the CMS, as well as other content production tasks such as briefing the design teams on assets required for campaigns
